All knives have superior quality silver plated hollow handles that are attached to world famous. This is a vintage set of cutlery that has the normal signs of use with some surface marks and signs of wear. It has recently been polished so is clean and ready to use. The wooden box does have some marks but has done a good job looking after its contents as per the photos. Checking through the set I note it has 2 lots of soup spoons (16 in total) I think this is because the previous family that owned this set really loved soup!
